These terms apply to your use of thisstuffmatters.net and the text message program run by This Stuff Matters, a nonprofit organization (EIN 85-1197853) based in Powder Springs, Georgia. By using the site or opting in to our texts, you agree to them.
Text message program
Program name: This Stuff Matters Updates.
What you'll receive: replies to your questions, event and show reminders, and ministry updates with new episodes and giving opportunities.
How to join: you opt in by giving your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms. Consent isn't a condition of donating or of using our website.
Message frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.
How to stop: reply STOP to any message to cancel. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then you won't receive more texts unless you opt in again.
How to get help: reply HELP to any message, call 678-453-6774 or email info@thisstuffmatters.net.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the number you give us.
Privacy: our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including your mobile number and consent.
Using our website
Please use the site lawfully, and don't try to disrupt it or get into parts of it you aren't meant to reach.
Our content
The radio spots, podcast episodes, articles, videos, graphics and other content on this site belong to This Stuff Matters or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to listen, read and share links. Please get our written permission before copying, changing or reusing the content commercially.
What you send us
If you send us a story, question or other content, you confirm it's yours to share. We'll ask for your permission before publishing your story publicly.
Donations
Donations support our nonprofit work. If you think a donation was made in error, contact us as soon as you can and we'll work with you to review it.
Advice
Our content offers encouragement and biblical wisdom for general purposes. It isn't professional medical, legal, financial or counseling advice.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site and our messages are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, This Stuff Matters isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site or our messages.
